BACKGROUND OF OUR COMPANY
The South African Medical and Dental Practitioners Association (SAMDP) is a national body of black medical and dental practitioners established in 1989 and serves the healthcare needs of historically disadvantaged populations of South Africa. SAMDP was incorporated as a non-profit company in 1997.It is a leading professionally-driven healthcare Association that advocates policy interests of black healthcare professionals in South Africa. SAMDP played an important role in unification of healthcare professionals after 1994 democratic miracle and continues.
SAMDP established an investment company to participate important task of normalization and transformation of business in the healthcare sector in particular and broadly in all business sectors of the country. It is a deliberate and calculated initiative to ensure retention and alteration of professionals to serve previous disadvantage groups. SAMDP Group Holdings Reg. No. 2005/001506/06 was established in 2005 to house all SAMDP investments
